Workout #1 - MMA Bodyweight Strength Endurance Circuit

Perform each exercise for 30 seconds of work followed by 30 seconds rest one after the other. Rest for 1 minute and repeat or 6 rounds.11

Workout #3 - MMA Circuit – Lunge and Core

Perform each exercise for 45 seconds of work followed by 15 seconds rest one after the other. Rest for 1 minute and repeat for 5 rounds.11
